Haha Ben, I am still contemplating. It appears to look amazing in the pics, but it's not really symmetrical, considering I used a round bladed saw to cut the whole thing out by hand.

this is for Yetter and bobbyprop.
Yetter. I have read in a lot these posts that your pattern is really awesome. For some reason though, I am unable to see any of the pics you have posted. Would it be possible to check them out? I have seen some pics on here that have the suit laid out flat with the silkscreen pattern printed on it just like the one on the SM2 dvd. Is that one yours? If so, would you be willing to sell that pattern? If nothing else, possibly just the layout of it, I'm pretty good with photoshop and believe I could add the muscle shading and colors and all. Let me know if you would be willing to sell it to me or maybe explain how you did it. You can email me at skdzines@columbus.rr.com.
bobbyprop, would you be willing to sell the pattern of for your webbing mold and how much? Or what would you charge to make the webbing for me and send it to me? You can email me at skdzines@columbus.rr.com as well.
Thanks and hope to hear from the both you.

Hi All,
I finially got the colours im after on my samples. I'll be printing another full suit sometime this weeks. Im also working on CAD program drawing the webs. Im going to take these vector drawings and have them cut by computer to make a mold. From here I'll be able to cast both webbing and Spiders.
I'll post some pics when I have them available,
cheers Brad. ;D

Hello there fellas, I was talking to Xeno on the MSN these days, and he made me start working on these Spider-Man patterns (tough guy he is :-p). Well, I did, but with a totally different approach from the usual. People usually use Photoshop tools like Pinch and Liquify, but that is NOT the proper way to make the bricks. Pinch unmathces the bricks and liquify is not precise and doesn´t get you the effect you want. Now let me tell you what is the right way to do this: 3D Models. That´s how they did it, and that's how I did a small fraction of this, just as a sample. Look: It works fantastically well. I used a 3D professional program called "Maya". This is the software Dykstra used for the FX in Spider-Man movies and to model the Spider-Man on the computer. Now, I´m revealing this and I want this to KEEP OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. I don't know if I'm going to keep on this because it takes a long time and I have university, etc. But if anyone want to keep on feel free to do so, since you keep this project absolutely OPEN. I don't like to profit or people who make profit on this. It´s really savage in my oppinion.... Anyway, if any of you guys have any doubts or something like this, please add me on MSN: infomaniac@urbi.com.br I'll be happy to help you guys on this. Cya.

I've settled on some colours. Spent the last couple of months doing samples. I'm just printing a suit or two at the moment. Here's a sample of the colours. I'll post some pics when its in. Both sample are the same colours but on different types of fabric. ;D

OK now Maya is made by a mfg. called Alias. It looks like its a pretty robust 3D package. Now my question for Oby is how hard was it to pick this up? Did you take classes on it? The image improvement is awesome.
Brad,
I have to hand it to your printer. They are doing an awesome job getting the red down. Are you sure they're only sublimation & not printing direct? nice job buddy!

Greetings all...new to the site...love all the work you guys are doing. I was looking for some info or for someone who makes muscle suits. I know about AA but wanted to see if anyone knew of any others or any individuals on here that make them. Thanks!
