Cheap printer usually do a crappy job and poor lycra. Best bet is to try a Google search in your local area..then ask for a small sample to be printed. Then you can check the quality and test your colours.

Master, the mask is connected to the suit, so it is right above the neck (You can tell where the neck is by looking for the only place, besides the thumbs) where there are solid lines in the middle of the pattern to indicate the seams. In the movies they make around 30 suits, so they can afford to cut some of them up to make the mask pull off.
If you look you'll notice that the neckline of the costume changes with what outfit Tobey wears over it. There are many costumes many prepared in slightly different ways. If you want your costume to have a detachable mask, simply print a second set of the mask pieces, and sew them up separately. Just make sure to have some overlap around the neck so that you don't have skin showing through.

Seriously, how hard is this suit to sew? I have very limited sewing experience, but I can sew somewhat. I called a few seamstress/ tailors in town and they wont touch it!
I'd appreciate a real honest answer before I get too deep into this.
Thanks guys!

Brad, That's an interesting design. It might be actually easier to get into and out of, and to maintain. BTW, I like the printed on spider emblem. Nice.

yep... it is. Here's something I was messin' around with. Wow, I haven't been around in a while! That looks great! For several months I was wondering if it was possible to order just a "shirt", either longsleeve or shortsleeve, maybe even with urethane spiders and silicone grips at the arm openings\waist to keep it in place. Just some ideas for you Brad!

I'll be making a full suit with separate top and bottom shortly. Printed spiders are required as it's pretty tight to get on and off and with urethane spiders it would be almost impossible.

yep... it is. Here's something I was messin' around with. I think this is a move towards what a lot of people want. Not only do you have separate tops and bottoms, but the mask removal is much better...and it looks like you might have the beginnings of removable gloves which I've always wanted. You say urethane webs wouldn't stand up to this configuration - and I'm sure you know a lot more than I do, but I'm sure someone will make a version (eventually) that will do it (separate costume parts and ureth. webs). Kudos on the advancement. Keep us updated.
