Hello all, I'm new to this site, but I've found a lot of information so far. One question that I have is, does anyone here know where pre-made urethane webbing can be purchased? I've been searching the net for days and have so far found nothing. The closest that I found was on ebay and it was included with an unfinished costume. I didn't have an extra 750 bucks lying around or I would have grabbed everything.
Finding lenses and urethane spiders for both the front and back of the suit are not a problem, I've found multiple ones on here along with ebay and other places, but finding the webbing is proving to be almost impossible. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hey ya liquid...I know of three guys that make Urethane webbing. I just bought a set and am about to print one of my suits to fit the webbing. Ideally it should fit your suit perfectly in resting state...when not worn. Then when wearing the suit it would stretch with the lycra.
All these guys make webbing to a different size so you'll need to get it from the right guy. How tall are you? And do you have your suit printed yet? ;D
Cheers Brad.

Hi there. First let me start off by saying that Spidey, you've got one of the nicest suits that I've ever seen and I can't wait to see it completed. I'm 5'7" as far as my height, and to answer your question, I don't have anything with the suit done yet. I thought in making my own it was going to be easier than trying to track down the "perfect suit" on the net somewhere, but after coming here I can see that I was dead wrong.
You guys seem to have so much tallent and I shudder to think how long it would take me to do something of the caliber that your suit seems to be. I noticed you said that you're getting ready to print another suit to fit the webbing that you bought. That's something that's greek to me. I wouldn't even know where to begin on printing a suit, much less even cutting it in almost one piece like I saw on another thread.
I saw a picture posted that showed the suit cut, but not sewn and that's where I'm having issues. Oh I've got so many questions my friend and I don't even know where to begin. I think I may have my work seriously cut out for me.
Thanks for the reply.
